Joy Shanklin

  • Specializes in partnering with clients from global Fortune 500 companies to privately held local companies primarily in Manufacturing / Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma / Medical Device, Retail and Financial Services to find key mid-senior level talent to enhance and expand their businesses.
  • Graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and worked for 10 years prior to recruiting as an engineer in design, applications and sales roles in the United States and in Europe for firms including Babcock & Wilcox, ABB and Caterpillar.
  • Outdoor enthusiast – avid mountain and gravel biker, hiker and pseudo gardener.
  • Enjoys watching competitive sports, especially hockey and lacrosse.
  • Loves to travel – extensive time traveling throughout the US, Western Europe, Central America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

  • He currently sources, assesses and delivers top talent to clients primarily in the supply chain and human resources spaces. Brian is an active networker in the Columbus business community is a member of the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) and Ohio Recruiters Association.
  • Brian is a graduate of Michigan State University where he earned his B.A. in Communications.  He currently serves as programs chair for the Genoa Township Business Association and is a volunteer for the Westerville Area Resource Ministry.
